With MeDo, you can:

  • Integrate plugins and APIs effortlessly.

Requirements

What to Build 

Build a working application using MeDo and submit it into one of the following categories: 

  • Work & Productivity – Build tools that streamline your daily tasks and boost efficiency. Examples: task managers, automation tools, personal dashboards. 

  • Business & E‑commerce – Solutions for real business needs, from customer management to online sales. Examples: mini‑stores, CRM, booking systems, invoicing. 

  • Lifestyle & Game – Make apps or games that bring fun, creativity, and enrichment to everyday life. Examples: games, hobby trackers, creative tools. 

  • Learning & Education – Develop apps that help people gain new skills and knowledge. Examples: interactive tutorials, language practice, quiz tools. 

  • Surprise Us! – Have an idea that doesn't fit any of the above? No problem! Build whatever you imagine – we can't wait to see your unique creations. 

What to Submit 

1. Text Description

  • Explain how you used MeDo and highlight the best part it generated.
  • Examples can include:
  • What problem your app solves and why you built it
  • How you structured conversations with MeDo to build your project
  • The most impressive feature MeDo helped you create
  • How you used plugins or API integrations to extend functionality

2. Optional: A Demonstration Video (max 3 minutes)  

  • Show your working app and explain how you used MeDo, what problem it solves, and the most impressive feature MeDo generated

  • Upload to YouTube, Vimeo, or Youku. Please paste the link in your submission.

  • No copyrighted music or third-party trademarks without permission.

3. Project URL

  • A publicly accessible link to your deployed MeDo application. 

4. Category Selection 

  • Indicate which track you are entering. 

5. Social Media Link (optional but encouraged) 

  • Publish a piece of content (blog, podcast, video) about your project and hackathon experience on platforms like X, Youtube, Medium, dev.to, etc., and use the hashtag #BuiltWithMeDo to be eligible for the $500 Creative Content Award, and the Social Blitz Prize (first 50 submitters). 

6. Discord Post Link (optional)

  • Post your project in the #Showcase channel on MeDo Discord to be eligible for the $500 Community Choice Award. The 5 projects with the most community votes win.

Judging Criteria

  • Innovation & Creativity
    Originality and uniqueness of the idea. Does the project introduce a novel concept, creative use of MeDo, or an unexpected solution?
  • Implementation & Technical Depth
    How effectively and deeply MeDo's capabilities are used. Does the project leverage MeDo's features (multi‑turn chat, plugins, full‑stack generation) in advanced or interesting ways？
  • User Experience & Value
    Usability, design, and real‑world impact. Is the app intuitive, visually appealing, and does it solve a meaningful problem or provide delightful experiences?
  • For Creative Content Award
    Entries are judged on originality, creativity, production quality, and overall engagement (likes, shares, comments).
  • For Community Choice Award
    Winners are determined by the number of votes received from the MeDo official community on Discord. The projects with the most votes win.
  • For Social Blitz Prize
    The first 50 participants who post about the hackathon on social media (e.g., X, Youtube, Medium, dev.to) with #BuiltWithMeDo, and include the link in the Devpost submission.
